Biosecure ID partners with Paragon Genomics to bring innovative CleanPlex® NGS technology to the UK and Ireland, enhancing local access to advanced genomic solutions.
CleanPlex technology offers a ultra-high multiplexed target enrichment technology that can accelerate the pace of discovery and help development of lab-developed tests for broad ranging use cases in agrigenomics, aquaculture, human disease research, human identification and DNA biometrics, population genetics, infectious diseases amongst others.
Paragon Genomics, a leader in amplicon-based target enrichment solutions for next-generation sequencing (NGS), has partnered with Biosecure ID to distribute its CleanPlex® products in the UK and Ireland. CleanPlex® is a proprietary, ultra-high multiplexed target enrichment technology designed for NGS-based research, applied genomics and diagnostic testing.
Biosecure ID, a UK-based value-added reseller, will help expand the availability of these innovative genomic tools. This partnership is part of Paragon Genomics’ global expansion strategy, which includes new distributor relationships in Asia, Europe, Africa, and Central America.
CleanPlex® technology is known for its scalability, sensitivity, and compatibility with major sequencing platforms, making it ideal for diverse applications such as tumor profiling, pharmacogenomics, and infectious disease testing. Through this collaboration, Biosecure ID aims to support innovation hubs across the region to provide deep insights into experimental design, supporting target identification and validation, lab-based and local bioinformatics support, both online (via LabVine Training) and in-person training and professional services to Paragon Genomics clients.
